exhibited his artworks at the Montreal’s Young Men’s Hebrew Association and, on his son’s initiative, in Centro Deportivo Israelita (Mexico), as well as in other two Mexico’s galleries, and held his first exhibitions in USA

returned to Israel and together with wife Nadia bought a studio in Safed, Galilee, and became a member of the artist colony there
1962 /70
shared his time between Safed (Israel) in summer and New York (USA) in winter. Simon’s wife Nadia organized around 100 exhibitions in 10 years in Canada, USA and Israel, including Ramat Gan City Museum in Israel, Theodor Herzl Institute, Central Art Gallery and Murray and Greenfield gallery in New York, Klutznick Exhibition Hall in Washington.
1982
died in Tel Aviv on October 12. Buried in Safed, where his wife’s Nadia’s body was also laid to rest in 2009
